In the past SURfaPLUS tested the adjuvant performance of many chemicals for the agrochemical industry. Later on, SURfaPLUS developed various applications of adjuvants and developed its own adjuvants.

Nowadays, using its own resources, SURfaPLUS R&D is focused on adjuvants, soil wetters, soil super absorbents, UV-protectants and seed oils.

SURfaPLUS is not a typical Contract Research Organisation (CRO). However that does not exclude partnerships with other companies or institutions.
